If you are a citizen of Georgia or hold residency in an EU member state, you will need a visa to travel to the UK.

To apply, the following steps must be completed:

The visa decision is made by the UK consulate in Istanbul. Processing time may vary depending on the season and the volume of applications received, but it usually takes around 3 weeks.

The UK Standard Visitor visa is valid for a minimum of 6 months and allows multiple entries.
Other visitor visas are also available – valid for 2, 5, or 10 years.
However, it's important to note that with these visas, the length of stay in the country must not exceed 180 days per entry.

Travelers who already hold a valid sticker visa will need to convert it to the electronic format – activation.

Incorrect or insufficient documents: incomplete or incorrectly filled-out documents can lead to a visa refusal. It's important that all requested documents are submitted complete and correct.

Limited travel history: if the applicant lacks sufficient prior travel history demonstrating responsibility and proof of return, the visa may be refused.

It's difficult to predict the likelihood of a specific applicant being granted a visa. However, it's clear that this depends on your social and economic ties in your home country. The more you can show the consul that you are successful in your home country, have a stable income, and future growth potential, the more likely you are to be granted a visa.

The UK visa is issued by the UK Consular Service in Istanbul, Turkey. Visa documents are submitted at the "UK Visa Application Centre" office, located at: 92 Tsagareli St., 1st floor, Tbilisi.
