🔹 You schedule your interview date.
🔹 You go through the interview with a consular officer, who makes the final decision regarding the visa.
After successfully completing all the steps, you will receive your US business visa, for which the official waiting period is 4 to 10 business days.
What Does a Work Visa Cover?
Individuals who wish to work in the US temporarily, under non-immigrant status, must hold a US work visa. For this, it's important for the applicant to submit a letter of invitation received from the employing organization. Accordingly, during a work visit, the traveler receives the appropriate salary and has the right to work and live in the country long-term.
What Steps Do You Need to Take to Obtain a Work Visa?
Just as with a business visa, to obtain a work visa, at the initial stage you must pay the visa fee, complete a special application (DS-160), create a profile, and schedule your interview date.
To create a profile and schedule a date, you'll need the following three pieces of data:
