Using eConsul's visa service is now even easier — TBC's internet bank, payment terminals, and the TBC Pay website have been added to the service payment system. Accordingly, with a few steps from the TBC mobile app, website, or payment terminals, you can easily pay for your visa service.
Today in this blog, we'll share detailed instructions on how to pay for the service through TBC's mobile bank.
So, let's begin:
First, log into the mobile bank, select "Utilities" at the bottom, and start a new payment.
After starting a new payment, various payment types will appear, among which you should select "Other" and type in "eConsul."
Once you find us, you'll need to enter the identifier — that is, the invoice number — in the appropriate field (the invoice number, which is 9 digits, will be indicated on the invoice we send you). After entering the number, your account details will appear, showing which service you're paying for and how much. For example, if you're using the full US visa service plus the consulate date rescheduling service for one client, the details will appear as shown in image 5.
In the final step, review the details once more, make sure you have sufficient funds on your card, and confirm the payment.
That's it - from today, you can pay for the service both at the bank and at TBC payment terminals, as well as online, without leaving home.
